Who is Mama Nam?

Mama Nam comes from humble beginnings, migrating to Australia in the 1980s with just her kids and the clothes on their backs. Pretty much immediately, she began serving up delicious Vietnamese cuisine to happy customers all over Sydney.

She loves to cook and is incredibly proud of her creations. She gets a huge kick out of each and every smile she gets when people taste her food for the first (and 100th) time.
